Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A PELSB-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a full-time role in Deer River, MN, supporting early childhood students from March 11th through June 4th. This opportunity is based in a school setting and focuses primarily on delivering direct speech and language services to young learners.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing speech and language therapy tailored to early childhood developmental needs
- Collaborating with educational teams to support individualized student goals
- Conducting assessments and maintaining accurate documentation of student progress
- Utilizing evidence-based practices to promote communication skills
- Participating in professional meetings and continuous learning opportunities
Qualifications and desired experience:
- PELSB licensure is required
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Background in early childhood speech-language intervention
- Familiarity with both in-person and teletherapy modalities is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
