BDC SALES AGENT
Location: Oakes Auto Group | North Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | Daytime Hours (with a scheduled day off)
Compensation: Hourly base pay + performance-based bonuses ($3,000–$5,000 + monthly earning potential, based on experience and performance)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a BDC Sales Agent to join our growing team in North Kansas City. This role focuses on being the first point of contact for customers, managing leads, and setting appointments for our sales teams. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage and update customer and lead information accurately within the CRM system
- Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers via phone, text, and emai
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and timely responses
- Set and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring smooth handoffs
- Collaborate with sales and management teams by providing reporting and lead insights
- Maintain a professional, positive experience for all customers
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a strong communicator with a positive, team-first attitude who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and eager to learn and grow, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. An interest in sales, customer experience, and long-term career growth is important for success in this role.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a standard background check
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred
