VVD is looking for construction helpers for our EV construction department located in Garden Grove, CA. As a construction helper, you may be travelling all over Southern California.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing materials for projects
• Loading and unloading materials
• Cleaning project area
• Helping on construction job sites
• Be able to utilize power tools and hand tools
• Follow instructions/directions for different projects
• Be able to follow safety protocols
• Be able to communicate with fellow co-workers and clients when on job sites
• Driving to job sites

Physical Demands:

• Bending, kneeling, digging, lifting, ladders
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions
• Be willing to work early hours
• Be willing to work overnight/graveyard shifts (occasionally based on project needs)
• Be willing to travel (occasionally based on project needs)
• Be willing to work weekends based on project needs
• Be willing to work overtime

Knowledge, Skills, Requirements and Abilities:

• No experience required, we will train, but a plus if any
• Valid California driver license
• Clean driving record
• All applicants prior to starting employment are subject to passing:

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, start time 7am

Compensation Range:

• Starting hourly at $20.00 - $23.00 based on experience
