Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist license in Minnesota (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in school-based physical therapy preferred
- Strong understanding of pediatric therapy and IEP processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Develop and implement therapy goals tailored to each student's unique needs
- Consult with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate optimal student success
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings; offer guidance and training to fellow staff members as appropriate
