Hi. It's a typical server position with better cash return then the average restaurant. The average customer spends above $45 per visit. Based on the numbers I have, our servers make an average of $20/hr. which includes tip and minimum pay. Most of your income is tips so know that you get it tax free when you file your taxes. You will be earning no less than $15/hr on slow days and on busier days; above $25/hr. All depending upon your level of expertise in customer service and your ability to show how awesome you are to the guests.
Position is a part-time one with options to get full-time in the near future. This is a family-owned restaurant therefore we provide more flexibility. Great discounted food for when you are hungry. Free drinks( non-alcoholic). Dedication to making the restaurant success a priority while working, will not go unnoticed.
