Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Ideal candidates are motivated Speech-Language Pathologists with a passion for fostering communication skills in children and an openness to delivering support through teletherapy platforms as well as in the school environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience working with school-age children strongly valued
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress reporting
- Proficiency in or willingness to learn teletherapy platforms and best practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, goal-setting, and direct therapy to students
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Deliver therapy services both in-person and remotely, adapting methods for engagement and effectiveness
