We are seeking a dependable Laborer for a contract/temporary opportunity in Londonderry, NH. This role is a great fit for someone with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or equipment operations environment.
The Laborer will support daily operational needs by assisting with material handling, equipment support, general production tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a team-focused workplace where reliability, safety, and a strong work ethic are valued.
Candidates who enjoy active, hands-on work and take pride in supporting smooth day-to-day operations will do well in this role. The work environment is structured, team-oriented, and focused on getting the job done safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general labor, production, and equipment support tasks as assigned.
- Move, load, unload, or organize materials, supplies, and products in the work area.
- Support machine operators, production staff, or operations teams with daily workflow needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to site standards.
- Follow instructions, safety procedures, and quality expectations throughout the shift.
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or workflow delays to the appropriate team member or supervisor.

- Pay rate: $18 to $19 per hour.
