Due to our extreme growth, we are seeking a Construction Coordinator.

In this key position, you will be responsible for addressing all facets of the construction division. Communicating with clients in a professional manner is essential. The successful candidate will possess outstanding organizational and listening skills, with a strong attention to detail. You must possess the ability to perform detail-oriented work, manage multiple competing priorities, be a proactive problem solver and critical thinker, and work independently.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: planning all pool construction projects and overseeing their progress along with the field supervisor and other coordinators in a timely and cost-effective manner. Will be responsible for budgeting, organization, and implementation of scheduling of all construction projects, keeping the calendar as well as the customers up to date on all information, and overall completion of the job. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion while working with contractors that are out in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
