In this role, you will help create a welcoming, well-organized experience for employees, guests, and service partners while contributing to daily operations before the workday begins.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, for communication, scheduling, and reporting tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain excellent time management in a fast-paced workplace setting.
• Experience following policies, service standards, and workplace procedures while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot routine workplace issues and escalate more complex concerns appropriately.
