Job DescriptionTetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a 25 year old cybersecurity firm built for high-consequence environments where mission, complexity, and trust intersect. We have tremendous market traction - multi-year prime contracts, active broad and cyber-specific contract vehicles, technologies (door openers) we’ve built, and recognized leadership in the cyber market. We are not starting from zero, and this is not a caretaker role. Our single focus has been delivering cyber solutions to effectively manage risk and the business of cyber - we are not an IT company doing cyber, WE ARE CYBER!
We are looking for a Civilian Division Director who will be accountable for driving new business growth and expanding TDI’s Federal Civilian portfolio while ensuring high-quality delivery of existing cybersecurity programs supporting Legislative Branch, DHS, and Treasury customers. This role owns full division responsibility—including P&L, revenue growth, capture strategy, staffing, and operational execution—and serves as a key member of TDI’s leadership team. Success in this role is measured first by sustainable revenue growth and capture wins, and equally by the disciplined, high-quality execution of awarded work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client/Market Development – Lead business development and capture efforts across the full lifecycle, with direct accountability for pipeline development, capture success, and revenue growth. Shape opportunities early, prioritize pursuits aligned to strategy, and work collaboratively with assigned business development resources to drive consistent wins.
- Leadership – Provide strong division-level leadership, owning strategy, execution, and results across the Civilian portfolio. Plan and run day-to-day operations while driving growth, fostering collaboration across programs and divisions, and modeling TDI’s core values. Serve as a visible leader who is trusted by staff, peers, customers, and executive leadership.
- Technical Capability – Ensure delivery excellence across existing programs, recognizing that customer satisfaction and performance are foundational to recompetes, task order wins, and organic growth. Champion cybersecurity capabilities aligned to Civilian agency missions, helping shape offerings that solve real customer problems.
- Relationship Building – Build and sustain trusted relationships with Federal Civilian customers, industry partners, and teammates. Strengthen TDI’s reputation as a reliable, mission-focused cybersecurity partner. Existing relationships within Federal cybersecurity communities are a strong plus.
- People Development – Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams of employees and subcontractors. Mentor managers and future leaders, hold teams accountable for results, and create an environment where people can grow while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience in IT and/or professional services, including 4+ years delivering cybersecurity solutions and services
- 6+ years of experience in the GovCon Civilian market defining, building, and profitably leading business development and solution delivery efforts
- Strong working knowledge of Federal IT acquisition, contracting vehicles, and professional services environments; Experience winning work on IDIQs, GWACs, and BPAs
- Proven track record of winning new business in Small Business and Full & Open competitions, including task orders
- Demonstrated success building and converting qualified pipelines into awarded work while maintaining strong program performance and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify opportunities; develop capture plans and win strategies; lead proposal efforts; and execute effective teaming approaches
- Experience developing and executing Customer Account Plans in partnership with internal BD teams
- Proven success building and maintaining customer relationships and resolving performance or delivery issues
- Experience forming and leading high-performing teams, including developing managers and future leaders
- Experience overseeing multiple programs with responsibility for financial management, staffing, compliance, risk management, and quality delivery
- Demonstrated success meeting annual revenue and growth targets; interest in contributing to company-wide strategic planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Cybersecurity certifications and hands-on experience supporting cybersecurity programs
- Experience with strategic and annual planning executions and metrics
