Are you detail-oriented and skilled with QuickBooks? We’re looking for a Billing/Inventory Coordinator to join one of Sacramento’s leading providers for new home builders. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, managing invoices, and keeping inventory organized while supporting a collaborative team environment.

LOCATION: Sacramento, CA
SALARY: $23-$24 | D.O.E.
SCHEDULE: Temp to Hire | 6:00 am-2:30 pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Create accurate invoices and billing for received merchandise.
· Enter and manage data in QuickBooks.
· Maintain organized records to support inventory and financial processes.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing and inventory accuracy.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· Experience with QuickBooks is required – Version 2024 Premier is a Plus.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Reliable and punctual, with a positive, proactive attitude.
