We are hiring a Clinical Pharmacist for a specialized 8-week assignment in a home infusion environment located near Baltimore area. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who thrives in a clinical setting and is looking to make an immediate impact.

In this role, you will be responsible for sterile IV compounding, including TPN preparation, while overseeing and managing a team of pharmacy technicians. You'll work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate, timely medication preparation. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:30am to 6:00pm.

Qualified candidates must have direct, recent experience in home infusion and sterile compounding. Leadership experience or a strong ability to manage and support a technician team is essential.

Requirements:

• Active and clear Maryland Pharmacist license

• Recent home infusion pharmacy experience

• Proven sterile compounding experience, including TPNs

• Experience supervising or managing pharmacy technicians

• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
