Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
We are looking for a customer-oriented, service representative to help process CPAP, BIPAP, and supply orders. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers and referral sources. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
Responsibilities:
- Patient intake
- Document scanning and indexing
- Documentation requests
- Order processing
- Correspond with doctors offices via email, fax, and phone to obtain needed paperwork
- Insurance verification and prior authorization
- Provide cost estimate for order
- Verify information on account hasn't changed
- Handle customer complaints
- Set-up logs
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong self-motivation and time-management skills
- Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to customers
- Familiar with Microsoft office, fax machines, email, etc.
Employment is contingent on
- Background investigation (company-wide)
- Drug screen (company-wide)
- Valid driver’s license in state of residence
