Peachy Keen Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Heating is growing fast, and we’re looking for friendly, organized, and solution-driven Customer Service (CSRs) Representatives to join our team. What You’ll Do
• Answer inbound and make outbound calls with warmth, clarity, and confidence
• Schedule service appointments and dispatch techs with precision
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-ups with care
• Use scripts and intake forms to deliver consistent, premium experiences
• Collaborate and coordinate with dispatch, techs, office staff, and leadership to keep our operations busy and running smoothly

Who You Are

• Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems
• Experienced in customer service or dispatching teams (home services a plus!)
