The Village at Holiday Health Care is now hiring a Dining Room Server to join our growing team! This position will transport and serve meals to residents and guests. Provide additional service throughout the meal. Clear and clean dining room and prepare it for the next meal.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare the dining room for meals by filling water and tea glasses, displaying napkins and silverware, etc.
- Transport trays of food from kitchen to dining room.
- Present meals to residents at their table and provide service throughout the meal.
- Remove dirty dishes, glasses, silverware and place in appropriate storage/ wash bins.
- Remove tablecloths and napkins, and sanitize tables.
- Use vacuum, mop, broom, and other cleaning equipment to clean and sanitize the dining room area.
- Must be neat in appearance at all times.
- Due to the nature of the business, it will be a requirement to work every other weekend.

- A neat and clean appearance that follows the dress code of The Village.
- Demonstrates a positive and trusting attitude toward The Village and its supervisors and administrators.
- Acknowledges that if any problems arise while on duty they are to notify their supervisor.
Physical Qualifications:
- Must successfully complete a drug screen, TB, and basic physical
- Must be able to stand at least 90% of your shift
- Must be able to speak and hear in a manner understood by most persons
- Must be able to walk lengthy distances at one time
