Provide expert nursing care in a dynamic Emergency Room setting during a rewarding 13-week travel assignment in beautiful Ocean Shores, WA. This role offers the chance to apply your Emergency Department RN skills on the night shift, working 12-hour shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with 36 hours scheduled weekly and opportunities to pick up additional shifts. Key Qualifications:
- Current Washington State RN license or valid Multi-State license
- Completion of approved 6-hour suicide prevention training
- Verification of nursing demographics through Nursys
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS are required
- Prior experience as an Emergency Department nurse with strong teamwork skills
- Familiarity with Meditech is an advantage but not mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient outcomes
- Respond rapidly to emergencies, demonstrating clinical competence and critical thinking
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols
