We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our expanding practice located just 50 miles from Madison, Wisconsin. This opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance and a supportive team environment. Our established group is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.

Practice Highlights:

• Minimal call requirements: only 2 weekends and 8 weekdays per year
• Collaboration with 14 different specialties
• Utilization of Epic EMR system
• Work in a newly constructed clinic

• Guaranteed salary for two years, with the potential for a production bonus
