- Full time/part time
- Outpatient only (no nursery, no delivery)
- Collaborative practice with 7 mid-level providers and 1 physician
- 20-30 patients per provider during cold/flu season
- EMR and telemed capable
- No obligation for in-hospital rounding or hospital on-call

With a patient population currently exceeding 14,000 active patients, the practice moved to a freshly built 6,000 sq. ft. facility in 2018 that comes equipped with 14 exam rooms, an in-house lab, and four provider suites.
