As an ER Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to deliver essential care to patients in a dynamic emergency department. Your duties will include:

• Providing exceptional patient care in the emergency room environment

• Employing advanced nursing techniques to assess, diagnose, and treat patients
• Leading and mentoring fellow nursing staff in the role of Charge Nurse
• Keeping precise and thorough patient documentation
• Ensuring adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
• Experience as a Charge Nurse is mandatory
• ENPC certification is preferred
