Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist serving multiple school sites in the vibrant West Palm Beach area. This on-site-only role is ideal for experienced SLP-CCC professionals passionate about supporting diverse student populations across elementary, secondary, and PreK-12 settings during the summer session. With flexible hours ranging from 20 to 26 per week, you can make a meaningful impact while maintaining balance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to students according to individualized education plans
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Document progress regularly and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Serve multiple school locations as assigned, adapting to different age groups and needs
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers, faculty, and administration to ensure student success

Required qualifications:

  • Active and current Florida SLP license from the Department of Health
  • SLP-CCC (Clinical Certificate of Competence) status required; SLPA and CF applicants are not eligible
  • Recent or transferrable Florida school fingerprint clearance and willingness to complete AHCA Clearinghouse and JLA badge procedures
  • Ability to participate in and complete an internal eligibility interview process, including video interviews
  • School-based experience is highly valued

Key details:

  • Part-time, contract role starting June 10, 2026, and concluding July 16, 2026
  • Work Monday through Thursday, with schedules based on assignment (see details above)
