Role Description
This is a Full-time or Part time position. The onsite Ultrasound Technician role for multiple provider sites in Bradenton, Sarasota, North Port, Venice, and Pinellas Park.
The Ultrasound Technician will be responsible for conducting diagnostic ultrasound examinations, producing high-quality images, and assisting physicians in diagnosing patients' conditions. The role will also involve sending images to a PACS and providing completed study worksheets to providers. We will provide practice specific training.
Qualifications
· Medical Ultrasound skills
· American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification in General/ RVT/ or RDCS
· Vascular and abdominal ultrasound knowledge
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
· Experience with electronic medical records (eCW and Athena) systems is a plus.
· Associate's degree or certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
· Must have reliable transportation to provider sites.
Payment : Will be as self-employed- NEC compensation.
