EXPECTED RESULTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
- Operate 40 Ton Articulated Haul Truck
- Inspect, fuel, grease, and refill fluids on equipment as needed.
- Perform routine inspections on equipment, complete minor equipment maintenance, report safety issues.
- Utilize various hand tools as needed to complete daily job requirements
- Help maintain a hazard free work environment by assisting in housekeeping and maintenance duties
- Work with team members to complete operational priorities of the day, cross train in other job positions as needed
- Follow all safety policies, including MSHA and company regulations.

Pay Rate: $24.5
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of operating heavy equipment
- Self motivated and able to work effectively in small teams
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts and weekends
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working in aggregate industry a plus
- Experience operating heavy equipment in a plant environment preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT
- Less than 10% - as needed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly outside and exposed to various weather conditions including hot/cold temperatures and rain/snow conditions.
- Employee constantly sits, utilizes manual dexterity, uses fine motor skills, gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near/far vision and requires active hearing/listening.
- Employee occasionally stands, walks, climbs, crawls, kneels, bends, reaches, lifts to 50 lbs, carries up to 50 lbs, pushes and pulls.
- Employee is regularly exposed to loud noises, heavy machinery, moving equipment, oil, debris, solvents, smokes, gasses, fumes and aggregate materials.
- Required PPE includes safety shoes above ankles, safety vests, safety glasses, ear plugs and hard hats. Additional PPE requirements needed for special jobs such as welding, repairing, etc.
