We’re hiring an Operations Manager – ServiceTitan Expert (HVAC/Home Services)
Location: Annapolis, MD (On-site – not remote)
Job Type: Full-time (candidates must relocate to Annapolis,MD)

This is an on-site role in Annapolis, MD. While the job post may appear as “remote” to reach candidates nationwide, this role is 100% in-person.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and on budget.
Be the go-to ServiceTitan expert, optimizing workflows, reporting, and training others on the platform.
Manage and mentor service and install teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.
Oversee scheduling, dispatch, inventory, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Ensure accurate invoicing, payment collection, and job costing.
Partner with ownership on strategic decisions and growth initiatives.

✅ Extensive ServiceTitan expertise – someone capable of training others on advanced features, workflows, and reporting.
✅ Proven experience in HVAC or home services operations- Preferred
✅ A strong leader who takes full ownership of results, with a mindset of “running the business like it’s your own.”
✅ Hands-on problem solver, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
✅ Ambition to grow into a General Manager role in the near future.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $85k–$100k + performance-based incentives
Benefits: Health, PTO, and 401(k)
