Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A healthcare professional licensed as an RN or LPN/LVN is needed to provide one-on-one medical support for a student with extensive medical needs. This contract position supports a year-round educational setting and requires close collaboration to ensure the students health and safety throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized nursing care to a student with complex medical requirements during the school day
- Monitor the students health status and respond to any medical emergencies promptly and effectively
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided and students health progress
- Accompany the student on the bus to school, ensuring continuous medical support during transit
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and healthcare teams to align care plans and maximize the students well-being
Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) with current state licensure
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric nursing environment is highly desirable
- Ability to manage complex medical needs with patience, attention to detail, and professionalism
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with school personnel and families
- Willingness to travel with the student by bus as part of the daily routine
