Requirements:

• BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work weekends, holiday periods, and shutdown periods to support tooling modification and installation projects.
• Ability to travel to support work at machine vendors, manufacturing locations.
• Strong computer (Catia / Carrot 3) modeling Experience.
• 1-2 years Automotive/Manufacturing Hands-On Engineering Experience.
• 1-2 years Project Management Experience (PE Experience highly favored).
• 1-2 years of Tooling Design, tooling procurement/jigs, and weld tool experience.
• 1-2 years of Automotive or Body Welding Experience, new equipment procurement, and new product launch.
• 1-2 years of Robotic Experience.
• 1-2 years AGV (Auto Guided Vehicle) Experience.

Responsibilities:

• Process Planning, Machine Specification Creation, Machine/Equipment Procurement, Installation/Trial Management, Quality Analysis, Adjustment and Improvement.
• Project Management, Schedule Control, Budget Control/Cost Reduction, Manufacturing Support/Process Tracking.
