Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? At Bridge 2 Success Group Home, located in High Point, NC, we are dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to our clients. We’re looking for skilled and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and deliver 1-on-1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. What You’ll Do
As an RBT, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill-acquisition programs. - Collecting accurate, real-time data on client behaviors during every session. - Assisting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with functional assessments and progress reporting.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). - A High School Diploma or GED. - At least 6+ months of experience with ABA therapy (preferred). - A commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care. - Availability to work in one or more of the following locations: Charlotte, Concord, Salisbury, Kannapolis, Greensboro, Asheville, Rutherfordton, Hickory, Forest City, Gastonia, Shelby, Kings Mountain, Monroe, or High Point.
