We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Erlanger, Kentucky. This role focuses on providing exceptional support to clients by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and addressing customer inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.


Responsibilities:

• Follow established communication procedures and policies to ensure consistent and detail-oriented interactions with customers.

• Monitor office supply inventory levels and coordinate purchasing to prevent shortages.

• Complete customer printing requests and ensure timely delivery of required administrative materials.

• Process invoices efficiently using various Customer Portals to guarantee prompt transactions.

• Respond to customer inquiries with clear, accurate, and detailed information.

• Compile and submit weekly or monthly reports requested by customers, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.

• File claims with carriers and resolve issues related to delivery discrepancies.

• Handle sample requests, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to established procedures.

· Must have 2+ years of customer service experience.

· Minimum of 1+ year in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

· Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

· Must have the ability to manage customer accounts and build positive relationships, both internally and externally.

· Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations while remaining professional and polite.

· Must be willing to learn and grow within the organization.

· Must have the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

· Must have the ability to successfully interact with coworkers to exchange information about tasks and coordination of work.
