Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in the Queens, NY (choose your own zip codes). As a Physical Therapist with Hudson In Home Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with children and young adults with developmental disabilities in the comfort of their own homes. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent interpersonal and time management skills, who is passionate about providing patient-centered care and enjoys working independently in the community.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients in their homes, providing creative and individualized treatment sessions

Engage family and caregivers as needed, providing education/HEP/DME recommendations

Maintain frequent communication with your supervisor and patient representative

Document evaluations and treatment sessions in a timely manner

Treat patients in the home, independently, without an onsite supervisor
Requirements:

Active NYS License and Registration

Eligibility to work in the US
