Responsibilities for Barista Manager / Salary will be based on Experience
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards
- Properly handle and maintain all equipment
- Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
- Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
- Observe relevant health and safety standards
- Set a positive tone and strong work ethic, leading by example
- Train and educate your team on processes and policies
- Make out the barista schedule, working with availability and shift preferences as much as possible
- Keep your team moving
- Manage storage areas and put away all deliveries when they arrive
Qualifications for Barista
- Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to problem-solve quickly
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to manage, prioritize and carry out protocol of all company policies.
