Job Title: Homemaker

Job Summary
The Homemaker provides non-medical support services to assist with daily household tasks and promote a safe, clean, and supportive living environment. This role focuses on maintaining household organization, preparing meals, offering companionship, and supporting overall well-being while respecting client independence and dignity.
Primary Responsibilities

Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and dishwashing

Plan and prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary preferences or guidelines

Complete grocery shopping and other essential errands as needed

Provide medication reminders in accordance with care guidelines (does not include medication administration)

Assist with basic personal tasks as appropriate and permitted

Offer companionship, supervision, and social interaction to support emotional well-being
Qualifications

Ability to perform household and light physical tasks safely

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Compassionate demeanor with a respect for privacy and confidentiality

Previous homemaker, caregiving, or household support experience preferred
