Fabricator / Welder
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Shift:Mon–Thu: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Fri: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay: Up to $30/hr DOE

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Fabricator/Welder who can step in and produce immediately. This shop works primarily with thin-gauge material and precision fabrication. The right candidate has strong TIG & MIG welding skills and can operate fabrication equipment with confidence and minimal direction.

If you are a hands-on fabricator with proven experience — we are willing to pay for it.

Key Responsibilities

  • TIG & MIG weld thin-gauge material with precision
  • Operate fabrication equipment, including:
    • Press brake & punch press
    • Saws & shear
    • Plasma cutter
    • Drill press
  • Fabricate, fit, and assemble parts to blueprint/spec
  • Maintain clean and safe work area
  • Work independently and complete tasks without supervision

Requirements

  • Strong experience welding thin materials (TIG & MIG)
  • Able to start producing with little to no training
  • Must read and interpret blueprints
  • Skilled operating standard metal-fab shop equipment
