Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and distribute customer invoices with precision and in a timely manner.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and invoicing.
• Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in terms and pricing.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and payment of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for purchase orders and related documentation.
• Enter and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks to support accurate bookkeeping.
• Generate financial reports and assist with account reconciliations using QuickBooks.
• Update and manage accounting data in Excel, utilizing advanced features such as pivot tables and formulas.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all tasks.• Proven experience in an Accounting Clerk or similar role with a focus on invoicing and purchase orders.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in financial records and reporting.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
