Administrative Assistant
- Hybrid role – can go onsite 2x per week Clayton / St. Louis, MO 63105
- Regular Business hours - M-F, 40 hours per week
Pay: $24.00 per hour W2
Duration: ~1 year; temp to perm role
- This role supports multiple teams by managing administrative, operational, and research tasks.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams via written and verbal channels.
- Process client orders accurately and ensure compliance with workflows and business rules.
- Maintain data integrity during database development and system updates.
- Create and manage client accounts, invoices, and application materials for smooth order fulfillment.
- Review incoming orders for accuracy and compliance with pricing and protocols.
- Update and maintain internal knowledge bases by researching and filling content gaps.
Qualifications:
- Background: administrative support, business operations, corporate support
- Skills: file management, comfortable with working with Excel spreadsheets and various data
- Education: high school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
