Overview :
One of the top leaders in the remodeling industry, Durante Home Exteriors, is growing! We are currently looking to expand our production department with qualified individuals.

Responsibilities :
- Schedule and manage construction crews, tradesmen, and laborers, including direct field supervision
- Coordinate required permits, inspections with local jurisdictions to meet applicable code requirements
- Perform site checks (verification of specifications) for various projects
- Basic computer skills, including: Word and Excel.
- Ensure schedules and timelines are met within contract obligations while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensure all project resources are available when needed (material, supplies, labor, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of eitehr deck and/or patio installation or project management experience needed
- Ability to coordinate the duties of others, manage own time, personnel, and resources
- Residential construction knowledge (i.e. framing, foundations, etc.)
- Ability to plan and manage jobs
- Knowledge and use of construction equipment and tools
- Effective interpersonal skills, oral and written communication, and team building skills
- History of excellent attendance record, punctuality, dependability, and initiative
- Maintain a current insurable driver’s license
