Overview

To become a part of the Kitchen & Bath Sales Department by utilizing exceptional customer service and sales skills in order execute functional design and layout solutions. This position’s objective is to provide a development path for high potential designer candidates. To be successful in this position you will bring the ability to learn and develop the duties and responsibilities listed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer with product selection and design to meet their project needs and budget
• Plan the functional aspects and the visual look of the desired space
• Ensure product specifications and accurate measurements
• Generate preliminary computer designs in a timely manner
• Order product and schedule deliveries to satisfy customer needs and to maintain the profitability of the sale

Qualifications

• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Proficient keyboard and computer skills including Microsoft office and other Company and discipline specific software applications
