Job Description

Reporting into executive leadership, you will operate at the intersection of cutting-edge science, high-value partnerships, and pipeline strategy, leading both external alliances and an expanding portfolio of wholly owned preclinical and early clinical programs.
Key areas of impact:
- Own and lead strategic research and early development alliances with global biotech, pharma, and academic partners
- Serve as the executive relationship lead across joint governance committees and partnership structures
- Drive alignment on scientific strategy, deliverables, milestones, and investment decisions
- Lead cross-functional program teams across discovery, translational sciences, and early development
- Influence portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and long-range R&D planning
- Build and scale a high-performing Alliance & Program Management function as the organization continues to grow.
We're looking for a leader who brings:
- Deep experience in alliance management and/or program leadership within biotech or pharma
- Strong scientific credibility with a PhD preferred and the ability to engage directly with research leaders
- A track record managing complex discovery-stage partnerships and early development programs
- Expertise navigating governance, risk management, and cross-functional decision making
- The executive presence to influence stakeholders internally and externally while driving accountability and execution.
