What You'll Own
- Oversee the full cycle accounts payable process from invoice intake to final weekly payment runs
- Guide and train team members to ensure accuracy and consistent tracking of all outstanding liabilities
- Resolve complex vendor discrepancies and maintain clean financial records, including accurate documentation
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and reconciliations
- Identify efficiency gaps to implement standard operating procedures and modern accounting automation tools
What You Bring
- Three to five plus years of accounts payable experience in corporate accounting environments
- Minimum of one to two years of experience in a formal leadership or supervisory capacity
- Solid proficiency using major ERP software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite or SAP
- Advanced competence with Microsoft Excel for deep financial reporting and analysis
- Strong capability to manage tight deadlines within fast-paced production settings
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a closely related field
