\n\nJob Requirements / Qualifications\n

- Associate degree in Radiation Therapy or related allied health field\n
- Active ARRT (T) certification required (ARRT Therapeutic Radiography)\n
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)\n
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred (radiation oncology experience a plus)\n
- EPIC EMR experience required (minimum 1 year) — strong documentation skills in EPIC\n
- Familiarity with ARIA, Varian TrueBeam, Eclipse (Varian) and CT Simulation preferred\n
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)\n
- Ability to float to other qualified units as needed and perform tasks within demonstrated competencies\n

- Administer radiation therapy treatments safely and accurately as prescribed by radiation oncologists\n
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, including TrueBeam and CT simulators (Varian systems)\n
- Perform patient assessments, positioning and education for radiation therapy patients and families\n
- Document treatments, patient responses, and plan changes accurately in EPIC EMR\n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in radiation oncology, including physicians, dosimetrists, nurses and social services\n
- Follow radiation safety protocols and QA procedures to ensure compliance and patient safety\n
- Float to other hospital units as required, providing competent clinical support within scope\n
