Fulton Companies is looking for a Marketing Manager to help take our brand and commercial efforts to the next level! This role will lead brand strategy, digital marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, and marketing automation. As part of a supportive and innovative team, you will collaborate closely with sales, product management, and leadership teams to define marketing strategies that strengthen our industry leadership and drive customer engagement to fuel pipeline and profitable revenue growth.

Requirements:
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: The Marketing Manager will lead Fulton’s marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence, drive lead generation, and support sales growth across North America and global markets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on digital marketing, technical content, and industry engagement in a manner that is consistent with the company values and operating philosophy.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Monitor and report industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Facilitate forums and other communication feedback loops to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with Fulton’s business objectives and growth targets.
- Brand & Content Development: Manage creation of technical content including, sales literature, web content, case studies, and thought leadership pieces. Collaborate with Product Managers, creative, engineering and sales to translate technical features into customer benefits. Maintain Fulton’s brand identity across all channels.
- Digital Marketing: Manage Fulton’s digital experience including website, SEO, e-commerce and others to increase visibility, lead generation and e-commerce business. Oversee social media engagement and email marketing programs.
- Industry Engagement & Communication: Plan and execute advertising campaigns, trade shows, webinars, and customer events. Build partnerships with industry associations and influencers.
- Budget: Manage marketing budget and track key performance metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications and Required Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors; boiler or HVAC experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and technical product promotion.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools including WordPress and Adobe products. .
- Experience working with web and application developers.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Vision – visual acuity to perform an activity such as analyzing data and viewing a computer terminal.
- Light Work – occasional exertion of 20 pounds or less. Moderate walking, standing and sitting.
- Travel – Work requires travel by car or airplane and includes extended periods of sitting.
