Data Processor Role:
As a Data Processor, you will play a vital part in the production cycle by ensuring data files are properly imported, cleaned validated, and formatted for use in variable data printing and mailing applications. The Data Processor will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, applying USPS compliance standards, and supporting the workflow between data, production, and account teams.
Import, clean, and validate data from Excel, CSV, TXT, and databases.
Format and prep data for mail merges, variable printing, and other direct mail applications.
Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Fox Pro, and BCC Architect to process and merge data.
Perform address standardization, deduplication, NCOA/CASS/DPV processing, and presort functions.
Review output files to confirm accuracy before handing off to production teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve file issues or inconsistencies.
Uphold data security and confidentiality at all stages of processing.
Ensure compliance with all USPS mailing regulations.

Data Processor Background Profile:
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
1–2 years of experience in data processing, data entry, or similar roles; print/mail industry experience is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft
Fox Pro, and BCC Architect experience highly preferred
SQL knowledge required
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple priorities
Familiarity with USPS mailing standards is a plus
