Our Customer Service Representatives are the frontline representatives of our customer-focused company. They support our clients by greeting them and helping them navigate through the process of having their vehicle repaired. You will have the opportunity to work with a great team to assist customers each day and to create the ultimate experience for them by delivering service in a professional, empathetic, and caring manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner;
- Answering telephones and directing the caller to the appropriate party;
- Providing information, scheduling drop-off and pick up appointments, documenting customer communication and keeping our service files up to date;
- Assisting with other related duties in the office such as photocopying, filing and collating.
Position requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred;
- Customer service or related experience;
- Strong computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel;
- Ability to multi-task; flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment;
- Superior verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers through phone and email;
- Must have reliable transportation.
