Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Be the hero for inbound calls. Handle 40-60 calls daily across three unique queues, dealing with everything from password resets to application errors and HR manager status updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve. Help customers resolve issues efficiently, with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Guide and empower. Assist brokers and their clients with navigating and completing application processes.
- Turn frustration into satisfaction. Approach challenging callers with a calm and empathetic demeanor, ensuring every interaction ends on a positive note.
- Stay organized. Record and manage customer interactions in systems like Zendesk and Slack to track follow-ups and issues.
- Work smarter, not harder. Collaborate with your team to identify recurring issues and contribute to improving service quality.
- Be the expert. Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures to provide accurate, timely information.
- Wear many hats. Support client inquiries with additional tasks, like data entry and email correspondence.
