Job DescriptionSalary: $18-$22 / Hour
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling architectural metal products using various tools, machinery, and equipment. This role requires attention to detail, commitment to safety, and the ability to follow blueprints and technical drawings to meet production goals.
Hours: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM; Monday - Thursday
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production
- Perform production tasks as assigned in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and company guidelines.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform work efficiently following standard work and best practices.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work station.
- Record labor operations using barcode stations.
- Quality
- Adhere to quality standards and workmanship expectations
- Document and record quality in accordance with company guidelines
- Safety
- Use the appropriate PPE at all times
- Report unsafe conditions
- Participated in safety discussion and meetings.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read a tape measure and basic knowledge of hand or handheld power tools
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, talk and hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, feel; reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
