Imperial Surveillance is looking to add highly motivated Business Developer to our Arlington Heights office. We are a full service, licensed, security company that specializes in video surveillance, access control, alarm systems and cyber solutions. Primary Responsibilities:

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Assist the hiring manager.
• Find new business opportunities and build a healthy pipeline for future deals.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Work well as part of a bigger sales team but also be able to deliver work independently.
• Contact prospective customers using a pre-written script to schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made during the first call.
• Confirm scheduled appointment and reschedule any appointment conflicts.
• Post scheduled appointments in a CRM for the sales team.
• Follow up with the Sales Manager to find out if the appointment was kept and the outcome.
  

Qualifications:

• Some college and sales experience is preferred. (Not necessary)
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required to communicate with customers and employees.
• Computer literacy in software such as Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage.
• Valid drivers license issued by the state in which they reside and proper automobile registration.
• Proof of insurance for personal automobile liability.
  
• Obtain PERC Card once hired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
