Job DescriptionWe are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Event Booth Assemblers in Austin, Texas for a temporary assignment supporting booth setup and teardown at a major industry trade show in Texas. The structure is composed entirely of pre-fabricated cardboard elements requiring precision, care, and the ability to follow clear assembly instructions.

Pay Rate: $15/hr
Schedule:
Installation:
- October 9 - 11 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Uninstallation:
- October 14 - 15 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Assemble modular booth structures using handbook-style instructions
- Handle cardboard materials with care to avoid damage
- Use basic hand tools (e.g., box cutters, tape measures, screwdrivers)
- Collaborate with team members and onsite supervisor
- Disassemble and pack components safely post-event
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Interact professionally with event and venue personnel
Requirements:
- Experience with event setup, general labor, or hands-on assembly work
- Comfortable using basic tools and following detailed instructions
- Proactive, dependable, and highly attentive to detail
- Fluent in Spanish Required; bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Must be available for the full installation and uninstallation schedule
- Able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Punctual, communicative, and team-oriented
