Full time position. Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
- Work cooperatively with the sales, service and other internal teams
- Receipt Service and Deposit for customers; Collect payments of cash, check and credit card
- Close Repair Orders
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- File repair orders and other documents
- Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Excellent technical and computer skills
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
