Job DescriptionOur client in Fort Worth is looking for a dynamic professional to help them expand and strengthen their membership base. This is an exciting time of growth and opportunity! They need a Director of Membership who will be the driving force behind their membership growth and retention. This is a sales-oriented, customer-focused role that requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a “jack of all trades.” You’ll be the face of the company to prospective members, ensuring they understand the value of joining, while also nurturing strong relationships with current members. - Recent sales experience focused on recruitment and retention
- Skilled at relating to a variety of customers – balances poise and integrity with a service mentality
- Strong work ethic
- Demonstrates confidence coupled with humility
- Tenacious, able to persevere through sales challenges and setbacks
- Flexible about hours, responsive to membership needs, willing to be available
- Adaptable to changing processes and priorities
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm or 8:45am - 5:45pmNOTE: events/meetings will require some evening workBenefits:
