Location: Houston, TX - Hybrid (Onsite Wednesday)
Pay: $20.50 - $24/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday, standard business hours

We're looking for a Business Operations & Customer Support Specialist to join our Houston-based team in a hybrid role, providing vital support in power and utility operations. What You'll Do:
- Handle high-volume data entry and system updates accurately and efficiently
- Support customer and utility inquiries, including billing questions and escalations
- Prioritize requests to keep operations running smoothly
- Audit work for accuracy and provide feedback for process improvements
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, solution-focused environment
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (or strong relevant work experience)
- 1-3 years of customer service or operations experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Intermediate Excel skills and comfort working in multiple software platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
