Job DescriptionBusiness Operations & Customer Support Specialist - Hybrid (Houston, TX)

Location: Houston, TX - Hybrid (Onsite Wednesday)
Pay: $20.50 - $24/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday, standard business hours

We're looking for a Business Operations & Customer Support Specialist to join our Houston-based team in a hybrid role, providing vital support in power and utility operations. What You'll Do:

  • Handle high-volume data entry and system updates accurately and efficiently
  • Support customer and utility inquiries, including billing questions and escalations
  • Prioritize requests to keep operations running smoothly
  • Audit work for accuracy and provide feedback for process improvements
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, solution-focused environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree (or strong relevant work experience)
  • 1-3 years of customer service or operations experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Intermediate Excel skills and comfort working in multiple software platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
