We are seeking a Print Specialist/ Imagining Specialist to support our client, in their digitilizing project.

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Pay: $22/hr to $24/hr

Job Duties:

• Prepare and quality-check print requests.
• Operate high-speed multi-function devices (MFDs).
• Support confidential document shredding.
• Handle mail and package deliveries.
• Ensure support functions are running smoothly for assigned floor(s).
• Manage incoming and outgoing USPS and accountable mail.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Assist end users with mail and shipping procedures.
• Contents of each file to be scanned as assembled in the file and scanned to the document level
• Forrest Solutions to prep by removing staples, binder clips, rubber bands, etc.
• File contents to be scanned into designated Tradeweb Shared Drive folder or scanned onto removable hard drive/disk
• Forrest Solutions to return documents to file in same order but no re-stapling, binding, etc., required
• After completion of scanning and QC Forrest Solutions to place file in designated “completed” are

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office support, imaging mailroom, or print services.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in operating multi-function devices (MFDs).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
