Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to support our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients feel at ease. This role involves both administrative and clinical responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist and dental hygienists during procedures
-Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment
-Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
-Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
-Maintain accurate patient records and schedule appointments
-Manage inventory and order dental supplies as needed
Qualifications:
-Dental Assistant certification
-X-ray certification
-Previous experience in a dental office preferred
-Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
-Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
